Can someone direct me to that post? The law of the market are simple, if you can sell the stuff, they'll send it to you. There have to be a reason behind that. That's the big problem with post, people tend to interpret everything like the bible. Picasso and DB have a long history of partnership (buying banners) hi think, so they would be VERY stoopid to piss off the community.
