The name of the game is to take the word that is outlined/highlighted/bolded/ whatever, and then make a sentence out of it using each letter as the first letter of the word in the sentence. Doesn't matter how silly the sentence sounds and then YOU get to pick what word is used for the reply by bolding it or noting it somehow.
An example might be:
I like to eat
fish for dinner.
The next person would then (maybe) say
Fashion Industries Stink
Horribly
OK? So, the next word is.....
Orientation
and the ball goes back to.... Mr. Black! (Joe Black?)
