Tranlation

Hi all, sorry for the delay but a lot of work.
Here is the translation:
"My warming up is:
1'30" of ventilation = 2'30" static apnea
1'30" of ventilation = 3'30" static apnea
2' ventilation = 5-6' static apnea
2' ventilation = 6-7' static apnea
all of this without lung packing.
Then I pack 30 times with 2' ventilation= more than 7'
2' ventilation + pack = 7'30"
2' ventilation + pack =7'50"
2' ventilation + 36 pack = 8 and more

Pre-immersion I don't do anything special, take my clothes off, and get into the water without suit (usually is cold) at 5:30 am, the only diet is to avoid sugar like colas and candys.
The contractions come up variably, without packing sometimes they come at 4 or 5 min (I don't count contractions because I try to avoid it, when it comes I try to make as smooth as possible), with packing they start at 6-6:30, and sometimes I have reached 7 min without it. I think the most important barrier to break is psychological, sometimes I don't sleep properly and that make me think that the time will be bad, but if I don't think about it the time is as good as any other day"
Thats all folks!
