in the omer carbon guns, there seems to be a layer of "semi-maleable" aluminum that the carbon/epoxy is formed to. at least this is the case in my master comp. the rabitech is nothing but grade A aluminum and is quite rigid. i don't see a problem w/ wear in the rab case. have you taken the omer alluminum(sp?)
