Extensive calculations

Thanks for your extensive calculations.
I didn't know how to calcualte the barometric pressure at altitude.
My "simple" formula has worked for me.
My question at the austrian forums was the equivalence between altitude training and high altitude CW, I train at 2600 and the lake is at 3100.
This is because acording to my altitude training I'm able to do a 40 m dive at 3100. But after all the things that had happened to my brother "see lung squeeze thread", I decided to take it slowly.
My PB in lake was 23, but more than a year ago. I have improved, but I'll take it easy. The pulmonary and cardiac physiology are quite different at high altitude.
