Quick question, i suppose the spearfishing is not practiced in Ontario. Is it legal if its in apnea and hand thrown? Is there an underwater hockey team in the toronto region? and finally how does the actual free-diving training enhance your cardiovascular fitness and endurance (ei triathon training?)
