I use the same Irfanview program that Ted has.
I just went a little higher on the blue, and hit the auto sharpen button, to enhance this shot.
The program is really easy to use as I have yet to make the jump to photoshop. It's also free, compared to the hundreds of dollars that photoshop costs.
