Breakpoint in o2 curve vs first contraction

If I look at the diagram I belive that the first contraction comes earlier than the 2:nd breakpoint in the o2 curve???
Is it correct?
(by the 2:nd breakpoint I mean where the o2 begins to drop faster the 2:nd time)
