Those are beautiful pictures! Beautiful fish! I don't know if I would be taking a picture of myself alongside an ancient urn out of the water. Can you say: "Incriminating evidence?"
As far as I know, in Greece (and probably Italy) you need to be a member of the Archeological Service or have a proper permit to pull antiquities off the bottom. Actually, this is one of their main justifications for making SCUBA illegal (even for sightseeing) in most of the country.
