For me :
STA 3'33" gives k = 3'33"/8'58" = 0.396 ;
then my theoretical DNF should be : 166 m X 3'33"/8'58" = 65.7 m ; in Nice I did exactly 65 m !
my theoretical DYN should be : 200 m X 3'33/8'58" = 79.2 m ; in Clermont I only did 71 m but it was the second max with fins I ever did in my life... ; I feel I could easily reach 80 m...
my theoretical CWT should be : 103 m X 3'33"/8'58" = 40.8 m ; my last (and first) CWT dive in comp was 26 m, due to compensation problems... ; but I felt I had plenty of air... ; once my compensation problems solved, I feel 40 m is within reach...
