The Oktoberfest Made Many Young Germans Unbelieveably Naughty Suddenly

It starts this coming weekend. 6 million visitors and about the same number of liters of beer consumed... all in 3 weeks! AND, the Oktoberfest beer is higher percentage than normal (about 6.2% instead of 4.8-5.2%)
