Actually, no, the "Praise" button doesn't work. I just found a way to hack around it to "make" it work!
If you (sorry if you are not a Windoze user here) right-click on the smilie, and open the "Properties" of the smilie, you will get the absolute path name to it. Copy that and then paste that into an image tag (the [ and then IMG and then ] thing)..... It is a kludge but it works.....
