Exmouth Dive Center does IDC courses one or twice a year with Neil Hackett.( He is Very Good )
I worked there as an instructor a few years ago and they were doing the Dive master/Free ed thing then.
The current owner is Dave Hall he is very easy to get along with.

You could also try PDA i think they are now Padi but you cant beat the diving in Exmouth its some of the best in the world.
If you want to do a bit of Free diving or Spear some fish We are out most weekends ( Blue Water Free Divers) always looking for new members
