Might be cheaper, simpler & better to resell it on ebay (or locally) & buy another. Try
http://www.eliossub.com/ -- for a custom fit at reasonable prices. If the pants are good, you could keep the trousers/pants & just order a jacket -- although probably better to get a complete suit. If you keep it simple e.g. just get a 5mm econo rubber spearo suit with high waist pants and built in hood & loading pad -- you'll might be pleasantly surprised.
[There are other suit makers, esp. in Italy & in the US...Elios, like Omer, seem to have managed to keep a happy, loyal, spearo customer base].
