but considering my 6 minute times before i really joined DB (i started in march, and was at 6 in may), dont get too full of it
i got pretty tied after the 3 minute hold but i thought just one more try. i tried to realy relax. i did what some one said to do in another thread betend to be diving down to a wreck or some thing it realy helps . the worst thing to do is look at the stop watch always gives me a bad time if i do that
