The ones from Oregon Scientific use waterproof earpieces, but at depth it can damage your ears severely. the Swimp3 and the H2O audio mp3 players use bone conduction to deliver sound to your ears. at 10 feet the Swimp3 can simply no longer send sound, but the H2O audio ones have amplfiers which will let them work at about 300 feet (itll play past that depth, but it might implode)
personaly i want the H2O audio ones, rather then constantly switching you can just choose one, and on both the swimp3 and H2O audio will not fall off very easily.
