Hi, do you know what the diving lis ike around Koh Samui & Koh Phangnan? I'm looking at hanging out in these 2 islands for a couple of weeks & wondering what kind of depth I can get? And, if you can dive off-shore or if you need to dive off a boat to get the depth? I know Koh Tao is apparently the 'diving' island but it doesn't seem as though there is much else to do but dive - which suits me let's just say that Koh Samui & Koh Phangnan is somewhat a compromise
