Don't over do it ...I did first time & started foaming!
It is also harder to clean out of the suit. Experiment. By all means go careful at first. I
highly recommend reading the instructions* for donning & doffing a spearo wetsuit on the Eliossub wetsuit site -- it might save you a nasty tear, injury or suffocation!
