Question Posting pictures in member galleries

I've tried posting some pictures in the member galleries with both IE and firefox and one minute or so after I press 'submit/upload' I get to my gallerie (Home » Member Galleries » matrixed82) but it contains no images.

What could I be doing wrong? Do I need to shrink the images?
