You train quite a lot.
I usually do static tables every other day, but only on days when I am not doing dynamic. Usually one of each table per week. These days I am slacking off, though...
If the tables are not hard in the first and last breathholds (blue-in-the-face hard or twisting-and-turning-on-your-bed-during-the-last-seconds hard) then you should up the hold time. Otherwise they are only for comfort.
Good luck with it, you will probably see tremendous progress soon!
