my english is not very good and all the information and knowledge: you will find on this enormous db-website where i got 90% of mine using the search function, as well as you can google heimlich manoever etc. which is a very good thing if there is water in the lung..
but nothing can beat the practice and safty drills and skills and the calmness in such a difficult situation ;-)
