I am pretty sure it's 3000m but will check back with the guy who filmed it. (In his initial mail he clearly said meters).
Some initial checking shows that there are some ultra deep oil fields in Macae and recently a company delivered a new valve to operate at depths to maximum 3000 meters to Petrobras and on GasNet i found that that area has fields up to 3.400 meters deep (http://216.109.124.98/search/cache?p...icp=1&.intl=br)
But to be absolutely sure I wrote the guy at Petrobras.
