gotta a tough question... anyone know what the rules are for diving near oil rigs in southern california? since the beef-up of security, I understand that the oil rigs may have a "do not come too close" rule or even there might be laws or ordinances to keep people at a certain minimal distance. maybe there is a site I could be directed to?.
