Dear micky, i have repeated low levels of magnesuim and acording to lab reference range should have had cardiac problems but did not. I WONDER if your perhaps not also low in pottasium or sodium or even calcium tetany concerns me because of the serious cardiac ramifications,primarly fatal disrhyimia which could lead to heart attack.Perhaps in france you have access to a magnesium supplement that has a longer half life,in the states we have a product called slow mag perhaps this might help also a product called dhea may be of some help. I have treated myself on and off just with cheap magnesium would not have known i was so low but my wife is a lab person so i have had many free tests in the past only health problem i have had is a tremor in my hands this must not be a problem for you
