I don't know whats the rules in your country!! But here there is no rules for commercial fishing.... there is only two rules for them here.... the size of the net and no shrimping!!!
they can fish any time of the year any place any QUANTITY!!!
allot of the fish, craps and lobster ... are still carrying there eggs
..... imagine how much can be saved if they just gave them the chance for a month or two to land there eggs!!???
very simple few rules can make a huge difference!!!???
the local fish and the very few reefs .... are almost reaching there end here, (Amphibious) is totally right ... every year is worst here.. ....
But is what we spear here can make a difference .... absolutely not
