That would be a safer option for sure, not as tasty though
Maybe i will go with the icebox theory then, chopping there heads off can be a real headache, for me as well as it. They really do taste good and it is worth the effort in my opinion. I will post a recipe for "Tom Yam" on here tonight, you will love it.
