REALLY big perch
It might be what they call a Saugeye - which is a mix of a sauger and a walleye - I think they have more of the vertical stripe type look. I though maybe they were spawning - hence the big belley - but they do that in spring so I think it was just stuffed with Gobies. Anway - the white tips on Tail and anal fin are a sure giveaway - and the opaque looking eyes of course.
