I have a Hyper and it is indeed pretty industrial looking. The Pro has a much nicer finish and the footpockets fit better.

Despite the slightly dodgy construction, if I get another it will probably be the same. When it comes down to it CW is the only discipline I really care about and I'm not willing to ascend with a compressed mono no matter how pretty or comfy it is.

Ideally, I'd get Leaderfins to make a mono with incompressible rubber wings and custom footpockets, with the same care they take with the Pro version. Not sure why that would be so hard for them to do.

As an aside, Leaderfins haven't put enough angle on the blade for my liking. With straight legs the blade is still about 20 degrees away from being streamlined. I think a few more degrees would help, although it would demand good technique and a flexible back.
