Hi, I don't know who Ivan is. I just send a mail some weeks ago to
info@leaderfins.com and Maksim from Leaderfins always answered me within 24 hours. If it was during bussinesshours I even got an answer within 30 min. After getting the answers I needed I ordered through email and they send me the invoice in attachment. I paided through the european IBAN/BIC system, so there are no extra wiretransfer costs.
I am guessing you mean the US importer, I wouldn't know how that works. I just ordered within the EU directly from leaderfins. They are very communicative.
