Just one question, how do i lift those limits. By myself, example, every 2 weeks 20 sek, , or by measuring evey month, and by max breathhold. Thank you....so far its going good, my legs were exauhsted now fine. Starting to rzun again, every second day, then swimming between eveery second day. One day in week complete rest...
