Re: Freznel with mouth open??

Thanks Simo for the reply.

A funny thing: I downloaded your original Freznel document and printed it 2 months ago, read it completely, and almost threw it away! I didn't understand a single thing. I will quote you on a later post that changed things 100% for me:

"lately I've been telling people this:
-Simply sit down, exhale all your air. All of it
-Take a mouthfull of air (don't inhale, just open mouth, close mouth)
-Equalize"

HAHA! It got it in half an hour! The funny thing is now, I have gone back to your original "spec." and love it.

Re-what I am doing, I guess in the mouth open Freznel, is to CLOSE my soft pallet, trapping air in my nasal cavities. If not, where else would it be coming from?

I had tonsils and adenoids removed as a kid, and wonder if I'm not a regular case?

This is getting ridiculously specific now, but a related question: Why in traditional Freznel is so much documentary emphasis placed on having a "neutral soft pallet" The definition of "neutral" is just that, you don't do anything with it to get it to that state. Why then, must I control the soft pallet. Should it not be "don't do anything with the soft pallet"

What am I missing??

Thanks
