Salad:
Mango (fresh)
rocket
fresh cilantro
spring onions (just the green part)
mix crushed garlic and lemon juice
add together with sweet thai chilli sauce, and mix the whole lot up.
serve with tuna marinated in soy sauce and seared lightly.
