I always wonder why someone would want to wear a full body suit like an Orca for dynamic. The suit is designed for swimmers so that you will float on the surface better. If I look at the specifics of the suit it seems very good for the dynamic movement, arm rotations, etc, but not really to swim horizontally underwater. For depth I can imagine it's much better, because compression of the suit is minimal.
Anyway, to answer your question, Ive seen p-flex suit being used in dynamic with 2 to 6 kg of weight.
