Hi guys,
I've been swimming in the sea and doing a bit of diving over the last week.
About halfway through the week my left ear started to ache - felt a bit like i was hit in the ear. It seems to have got better now after a few days.
I don't know what it was - has anyone had a similar problem? and is there anything I can do to prevent it happening again?
(I was wearing a hood).
