Today I dived in a small lake to try my gun. It was also my first time spearfishing ever. It worked just fine, just like i hoped it would. I shot two redfinned perches. I also saw a really big pike but unfortunatelly I had just shot a perch so the gun wasn´t loaded.
(To be honest the perches wasn´t that big but I´m gonna eat them of coarse. From now on I will only shoot bigger fish).
It was 18 celsius degrees in the water and I only had a 3 mm shorty wetsuit so I got quite cold after a while. It was so exciting I couldn´t stop diving until after 80 minutes.
Spearfishing is funnier than I thought, and I thought it would be great!
It´s also very rewarding to use my homemade gun.
