I was hoping someone had a specific pool work-out that they like and could post it for me. Is it better to do some cardio work for 20-30 minutes and then into some breathing sets?
I have been a waterpolo player and basically lived in the ocean my whole life so i am very comfortable and capable of doing a difficult workout.
I have been an avid freediver, basically learning on my own, but now want to take it to the next level. Please help!
A specific work-out is what I am looking for.
