anyway

jump in the pool from dry first thing in the morning in FRC, no fins, no mask, do a static on the bottom until first contraction then swim off slowly for a MAX... WITH Your buddy watching ofcourse.

Then do a series of these (for 45 minutes or a little more)... but not max.
