I was diving with my buddy yesterday at the beach, without spearguns, we were in about 7m of water chasing flat fish, loads of them and big bass, while i dived down i got a severer headache, all most like a migrain, i re-surfaced and relaxed myself by swimming into shallow water, i took a min or 2 to myself and tried diving about 1m to get my breathing into shape, soon as i did that the pain came bk again, when i was a baby i got messels and rubela toghther quiet bad and my left ear drum bursted, its healed up now, when i got the pain it was in my left sinus, left frontal lobe, its quiet sore now, any ideas to make this go away and not reaccure, diet, fittness etc
