i have been freediving and spearing with the polytechs for 2 summers they are really rugged we do alot of shore diving around rocks and theres no damage just minor scratchs i wouldent worry about them break at all ive been down to 25M with them and dont have any troubles coming back up i find them to be comfortable i dont always wear socks with them in the pool and they dont bother my feet

the only thing is there the only freediving fin ive ever tried so i might just think there good cause ive never had anything better
