Lung squeeze question....

Hi.
I get a squeeze (small pieces of blood in the saliva)in two dives arround 65 to 70m.
I trained weeks before doing lots of dives FRC and also emty lungs to 25m to simulate deep with no problems.
It is a dive emty lungs to -25 greater in presure that a -70m dive?Where this blood come from and why?.
