It is not a problem of the computer or a compatibility of the software, but rather of you not answering the questions correctly. On the other hand, you made just minor mistakes, losing only a single point at each attempt, so you can certainly pass it the next time (maybe after verifying some of the theory here on DB, or elsewhere). Should you experience any technical issues, do not hesitate to report them, but please avoid spreading hoaxes that it does not work when you did not even try it yet
