Yep, the motorcycle fork oil works very well and is cheaper. Dont put much, tough. It depends on the size of the gun. If it is "a little" gun (30 cm), use just 10 cc; for a 40 cm 15 cc; and for a 55 cm 20 cc. The only use for the oil is to lubricate the internal parts. For the same reason, it is convenient to hang your gun with the barrel pointing down, to lubricate the piston which is the most critical part and the most likely to get "stuck" when not used frequently. Once in a while you change the position, to lubricate the trigger mechanism and the valve, but after a day or so put the barrel pointing down again. Good luck.
