This is VERY true; on my last doctor visit, he was listening to my heart with his stethoscope. He told me to take a deep breath. I had only just STARTED to inhale when he said "Ok, that's enough!" He also knows I'm a freediver, and is amazed at the depths I reach, and how long I can hold my breath. Now, you would think doctors would be AWARE that the human body CAN do these things...
