Shark I think there's no worry about the seriousness of Todarosport. It's a well known store with many years in the business. I'm in contact with many spearos who live in the area of Rome where it's at, and I haven't heard anybody complaining about issues from buying stuff at Todaro's.
Another store that I can personally recommend is
Acquasport - Pesca subacquea - Apnea - ARA this is the store where I buy most of my gear and they have C4 products at a nice price. Flap 25 blades are 226 euro (pair) + a finbag as a gadget.
