Cressi Comanche, italian stuff. So we italians may have a word to say about.
On the most popular italian forum, apneamagazine.com, every "favourite gun" thread or poll is a wide victory for the Cressi Comanche. Italians love it.
In facts it was designed to be a durable but unexpensive, lightweight but accurate all arounder for Mediterranean fish and for Mediterranean hunting conditions.
In Florida I don't know, maybe you should upgrade to thicker bands (Cressi G20) and thicker shaft (a first quality stainless 6,5mm shaft with double flopper: Devoto shafts come to mind). Just remember that this gun was not designed for hunting Tuna. However, two of the most famous italian spearos, Carlo Lovicario and the ex World Champ Stefano Bellani, report they successfully hunt Tuna (big Red Tuna) with a Comanche 110, and they don't lie...
