holdown, I couldn't get their bankpass to work either. I ended up faxing my credit card number to them. That worked and now I'm the proud owner of two eliossub wetsuits (6.5 mil and 3 mil)
On the first suit, I decided to use a local business' FedEx Account -- wrong move. The freight cost me an arm and a leg and it got held up for a day in customs and I had to deal with it.
For the second suit, I decided to turn all control over to Eliossub. Let them deal with the freight carrier and the import tax. That was a good move as the shipping for the second suit was quite a bit cheaper.
