Well when they are full of eggs and meat over the shell i don't put any more ingredient with it...i simple take a spoon and mix all those eggs and meat from the shell

And i let it for 15 min in the fridge before serving it!
Andy you are right mate it's wonderfull with some Vinho Verde

or even better with a Portuguese "champagne" called Murganheira
