BTW, Igor did the 16x50m apnea with gara 3000 long BI-fins under 25min, very nice, especially if you've done just a big pb dynamic of 122m. Can you beat you own bi-fin 16x50m record?
And let it be know our beloved Martin has worked on his monofin stroke, perhabs or better - hopefully with the help of Elisabeth, and improved his dynamic and 16x50m quiet considrably! Congradulations Martin, I'm looking forward to your next pb in February
