I've had quite a few questions about these jobs and I thought the answers may be of use to others:
Is this full time?
Its as full time as you want to make it - you could do this full time but to be honest I doubt that it is necessary. You could do this in conjunction with another job.
Do I have to be in UK or NL or Germany?
No - what we need is for someone to promote and co ordinate activities in those countries - where you do it from is up to you.
For example a member of the team who used to cover one of these countries was based here in Hurghada and that worked fine. The language skills and your enthusiasm are more important.
Do I have to be a scuba diver?
No - obviously we are promoting scuba holidays but many people join us who just snorkel for example partners of divers will often come out too. It will help if you have some understanding of diving, the red sea, liveaboard holidays, courses but to be honest we can train you.
Is it just scuba holidays?
No - we have run holidays dolphin swimming trips which were predominantly for non scuba divers although quite a few by the end of the week wanted to scuba too!
