Just in case someone gives you a calendar for Christmas....
SaltFree Double Dip 2008 will be on the 19th and 20th July. The training weekend for it will be on 5th and 6th July. This will be the UK National Depth Championships, recognised by the BFA for team selection for 08 World Cup.
Saturday - Constant Weight with fins
Sunday - your choice of EITHER Constant Weight no Fins OR Free Immersion
